A GUIDE TO HELP CREATING ARTWORK &
COSTING YOUR CAP DECORATION | | | TO ACHIEVE BEST DECORATION RESULTS:- keep logo simple but effective
- minimise text
- text must be minimum 6mm H to embroider
- use simple colours
- ensure decoration will fit into allocated area
| EMBROIDERY
The preferred way to send your artwork is in EPS format. EPS stands for ENCAPSULATED POST SCRIPT. A file format that supports both PC & MAC images. EPS format is used is used to transfer Postscript language artwork between different programs. You will also have a more sharper and accurate finish to your decoration.
However, if you cannot present your artwork in EPS you can send it to us in JPEG, GIF, PDF or Word doc formats.
CHOOSING A FONT
We do have over 4000 font styles. To choose simply click on to CHOOSE FONT
button just above the product image.
To choose font colour, (PMS COLOURS) simply click on the FONT COLOUR just above the product image.
PMS COLOURS is a colour specified in the Pantone Matching System. This system provides a standard for describing printed colours internationally and therefore results in the best colour replication for your artwork.
SET-UP COSTS
Orders greater than 100 pieces - No Costs Apply
Less than 100 pieces: A set-up cost of $60.00 per logo applies.
SURCHARGES
For metallic embroidery thread: Add AU$1.50 per item.
FOR QUOTING PURPOSES & STITCH COUNT
Please email or fax your artwork direct to our Custom Service Team to do a stitch count if you are unsure how many stitches in your logo.
