information about our clients or subscribers.
IMPORT
DUTIES & TAXES
it is the sole
responsibility of the customer to be conversant with and pay any import duty and
taxes that may occur on goods incoming into their state or country.
Design My Hat will not
be responsible for any costs occurring in these matters.
DECORATED STOCK
It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that chosen styles and
designs meet requirements before decoration is authorised ready for production.
Design Stuff will not accept returns of decorated stock unless the workmanship
of the cap is determined faulty and authorised by Design Stuff.
EMBROIDERY
The customer can provide approved
artwork direct to Design Stuff for decorated stock. Whereas artwork designed by
Design Stuff for the client must be approved by the client via contact or email.
Pre-production photo images will be email direct to the client for approval.
A decorated sample swatch will be sent upon request by the customer.
SCREEN PRINTING:
upon order placement, artwork to be approved, no pre-production
sample will be produced due to set-up screen costs.
The client may request a plain stock sample made available to meet requirements.
Design Stuff is not obliged to accept returns once stock is decorated.
DELIVERIES
TO THIRD PARTIES
We are happy to
dispatch your goods to your decorator, however, it will be your responsibility
to check your goods at third parties for quality, quantity and colours etc. We
will accept no claims for goods once decorated.
PRODUCT
QUALITY
Design Stuff ensures that the
goods supplied are of the best quality available. Every effort is made to
maintain consistent colour shades over each style. However, colours can vary
over dye lots and batches can vary in their reaction to even the same dye lot -
more so with natural fabric such as cotton and leather.
Synthetics and blends achieve more consistent colour shading and fastness.
Colours will be distorted in photography and this can be considered when viewing
our catalogue and email photographs.
Our fabrics are colourfast to fresh water. However chlorinated (tap) water can
vary in its treatment and effect fabric colours. And so with salt water and
perspiration.
All fabrics will fade in sunlight to varying degrees. Natural fabrics will fade
more rapidly than synthetics and blends
Prices are
subject to change without notice, however, we will endeavour to update prices in
this site as available.
SUEDE AND LEATHER
The factory uses carefully selected leather and suede skins. Blemishes,
scuffs, scratches and variations can be expected - a function of using natural
materials.
LATE PAYMENT FEES
Should the occasion arise whereas payment for goods is not forthcoming
according to the terms and conditions as agreed to at the time of order
placement. The a late payment fee is $26.00 per month. This fee is applied to
statements/invoices on over due payments.

CANCELLATION OF ITEMS
- POINT OF NO RETURN
Design My Hat .com has no control
over circumstances once the artwork has been approved and the production line is
booked in and the factory has begun production we can accept no cancellation of
a goods order. Due to resources have been booked and paid for and fabric
cut and styled thus leaving no other option but for production of goods to
happen.
